The EIA (Electronic Industries Alliance) standard server rack is a 19 inch wide rack enclosure with rack mount rails which are 17 3/4″ (450.85 mm) apart and whose height is measured in 1.75″ (44.45 mm) unit increments for mounting multiple electronic equipment.  As an added accessory to the RB Cabinet range, we can supply and fit 19" (450mm) Equipment Racks with options of a 21U Fixed Rack for RB600-1550 or a 18U Swinging Rack for RB800-1550.

What are BT Interface Pillars and Pegs?

The BT Interface Pillars are root mounted pillars that are generally used for remote monitoring and are usually situated near a Traffic Signals Cabinet. Ritherdon R Lift Off Door Pillar New Design.

Ritherdon have re-designed the R Pillar Range. One of the main changes has been how the Pillars are made and assembled. The new design has the addition of rivets replacing welds. Due to this change the costs of labour has dramatically reduced, with Ritherdon being able to pass the saving onto the customer by reducing the selling price. Changes have also been made to the base of the Pillar giving better access for ducting from all sides, making installation a lot easier.  The R Pillars are still available in widths of 150 & 300mm with an external depth of 150mm...

Ritherdon RH Hinged Door Pillar New Design.

Ritherdon have upgraded the RH Pillar Range. One of the main changes has been to the Pillars Door and Hinges. The new design has the addition of snap in hinges replacing the full length piano hinge enabling a wider door aperture and for us to use the same door seal as on our RB Cabinet range, giving the new style Pillar a IP46 rating.
