COVID-19 Announcement - Orders Held

Following the Government Directive, Ritherdon will be closing its factory as of close of play today, Tuesday 24/03/2020, in a bid to protect our staff whilst helping to control the spread of COVID-19.
Although production has stopped, we will still be taking calls and replying to emails, so please keep in touch by phone or by sending orders and enquiries to sales@ritherdon.co.uk and we will respond accordingly with real time information, which as we know is changing daily.
Any orders received during this time will be held* until we are advised by Government that it is safe and legal to carry on with daily business. We will of course honor online refunds should you require.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused during these unprecedented times.

Clarification:
Online Shop Orders Held* means that payment is taken as normal -immediately- however, delivery will be delayed until production starts again (when we are advised by the government).
