What is a Sales Acknowledgement?
A Sales Acknowledgement is a copy of your orders details sent to you by email after your order is placed. This will show all information received by us for you to confirm everything is correct. The Sales Acknowledgement also includes an expected delivery date depending on stock status and current lead times. 1. Sales Order Number. 2. Customer Purchase Order Number. 3. Date of Order. 4. Invoice Address. 5. Description of Goods Ordered. 6. Price per Item Excluding VAT. 7. Expected Delivery Date. 8. Delivery Address. 9. Total Amount of Order Excluding & Including VAT.
When will I receive my order? What are your lead times?
- Meter box repair units and most stock items are shipped within 48 hours.
- Pillars and cabinets are shipped in 3-5 working days.
- Larger enclosures and speciality products have a 3-4 week lead time.
We always aim to deliver as soon as possible and we send the item as soon as it is ready to leave our factory.
We send an order notification and a second sales order acknowledgement with a required date. This is the best indication of when you will receive the item.
