A PS300 is a two-compartment enclosure designed specifically for permanent electrical connections. One compartment is for the electricity company to provide incoming power supply and a second compartment for the consumer, supplied with a backboard for fitting the necessary equipment i.e. distribution boards, consumer units, etc.
*The typical use is up to 430 Amp, but not limited to 430 Amp. This current is only given as a guide, as the typical equipment that can fit inside this kiosk. The amps will depend on the actual equipment you are fitting inside the enclosure.
The PS300 Cabinet includes a corresponding plinth (450mm height) onto which the unit is mounted. The plinth is buried in concrete, providing a secure point of installation.

Product Features
- Typical use: up to 430 A (309 kVA)* equipment for a three-phase supply to the site. This is intended to house a CT metering panel. We offer a CT Chamber and a MOD156 separately.
- Lifting lugs concealed inside roof panel.
- Available in three grades of stainless steel sheet – 2 mm thick. Choose according to location. (4003 inland, 304 coastal, 316 marine and harsh environments).
- Smooth polyester powder coated finish.
- Two 18mm External Grade Plywood Backboards.
- IP24 rating with ventilation louvres, IP46 rating without ventilation louvres.
- Three-point locking system with L handle, padlockable (10mm shackle) and shroud.
- Two separate compartments for the DNO and the end-user.
- Peaked roof.
- Earthing studs fitted to both body and door.
- Ventilated via louvres on the doors (optional).
